Solar collector:
The operation of the solar collector is very simple.
1. Solar Absorption: Solar radiation is absorbed by the solar tubes and converted into heat.
2. Solar Heat Transfer: Heat pipes conduct the heat from within the solar tube up to the header pipe.
3. Solar Energy Storage: Water is circulated through the header, via intermittent pump cycling. Each time the water circulates through the header the temperatures is raised by 5-10oC / 9-18oF. Throughout the day, the water in the storage tank is gradually heated.
Features:
1. All the pipeline is made of red copper and conducted by heat transfer medium liquid. with the heat pipe in the vacuum tube, so no water will flow in the vacuum tube.
2. The manifold uses aluminum alloy for exterior, red copper for interior, also with fashion design;
3. Withstand high pressure when it is working;
4. It can be combined arbitrarily to meet the demand of large water consumption, and also could be combined with existing pipeline;
5. Each tube can work alone, so the solar collector can work even one tube is broken and easy to change if necessary.
